Founded in 2021 by Tara Alexander, Myt Management has grown from a one-person venture into a leading cleaning company with 25 staff, built on trust, quality, and strong operational standards shaped by Tara’s construction project management background. Originally offering domestic cleaning in Bedford, the company now delivers commercial and construction services for major partners including Halfords, Bloor Homes, and CBRE, with projects reaching as far as Bristol. Committed to innovation, Myt Management has launched an integrated management app to streamline operations, now available by subscription to other cleaning businesses and soon expanding to wider industries seeking greater efficiency and productivity.
With over 15 years of combined industry experience across service operations, project management, and business process optimisation, MYT Management was created from real-world insight into what service-based businesses genuinely need to operate efficiently, transparently, and at scale.
What began in 2021 as a hands-on service operation quickly highlighted a wider industry challenge: the lack of intuitive, integrated systems to manage people, processes, and performance in one place. As the business scaled and teams grew, internal tools and workflows were developed to solve these challenges—streamlining scheduling, tracking productivity, improving communication, and maintaining consistent standards across operations.
That practical, in-house system has since evolved into MYT Management: a fully integrated management application designed to support service-based businesses across multiple sectors.
